• Payment info — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we receive only limited details such as subscription status and the last four digits.
• Usage data — basic, privacy-friendly analytics about page visits (no cross-site tracking, no advertising cookies).

2. About the business-record data we sell

The leads in our feed are drawn from business-formation records that the Florida Department of State publishes for free as public records. This information is published by the government, not collected from our subscribers. 3. How we use your information

• To deliver the feed and operate your dashboard;
• To process payments and manage your subscription;
• To send you service-related messages (delivery, billing, account, and occasional product updates);
• To respond to support requests and improve the Service.

4. Service providers we share with

We share the minimum necessary information with vendors who help us run FreshFiled:

• Stripe — payment processing;
• Resend — sending email;
• Neon — database hosting;
• Cloudflare — website hosting and privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics.

We do not sell your personal subscriber information, and we do not share it for advertising.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures aggregate traffic without cookies and without tracking you across other websites. Your dashboard uses a private access token in the link rather than a tracking cookie.

6. Data retention

We keep your account information for as long as you have an active subscription and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, and operational needs. You can ask us to delete your account information at any time.

7. Your choices and rights

• You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time; service emails tied to an active subscription will still be sent.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing us.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time, which stops future billing.

8. Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
